It's the first and only pic I've ever seen of Jo Bonnier racing slots.

I did that competition on the racing car show track and also won a lesson down at motor racing stasbles
re the bert lamkin tracks ,bert was a great early peoneer on slot cars and built several hill climbs some of which appearedat the motor racing show and at least won in Model maker or model cars in the early 60s
certainly one of the tracks i remember at eiather the 62 or 63 show was a track which used converted merit cars as the standard weapons of choice
and a lot of the racing drivers there took part ,possibly G hill was using the generic term for slot cars "scalextriC" rather than something more specific
