No, the company that owns the name in Spain (TecniToys until recently) sells their product as Scalextric in Spain, and in most other markets as SCX. Hornby has the rights to the Scalextric name in most other markets and uses Superslot as the brand name in Spain and the other markets that the Spanish company has the rights for. It's not quite as cut and dried as "Spain and everywhere else" as it was suggested earlier in the thread.

I forget why Hornby used to sell in the US as Superscale.
