Vague comments like that aren't helpful. Details are important. People seem to be getting their models:

Yes, and some dont. And buying directly from his site seems difficult. Impossible. Nothing vague about that.

Again, a vague "some". Who got ripped off by Models Master, and how?

Me. An order via the normal site is paid for and never send. Communication is lousy.
So, 71 positive ebay feedbacks doesnt make it all right for me.
But, it was just a remark. And I dont think I'll ever try it again. To me ModelMasters are not worth tryimg again.

OK, now we're getting somewhere. Did they give you tracking info? Did you eventually dispute the payment? It isn't obvious to me how ordering on their site works, since it seems to start with sending an e-mail request. Sometimes things happen, so hopefully it was just a mix-up!

Thanks for the heads up. But done that, done that and done that agAin.......still nothing, and after 45 days ther is never a dispute possible. And being on a long trip I just couldnt check whether it was already delivered or not. So my mistake, buying 3 weeks before I left. Still, they're so not cooperative......

That stinks. I wonder what happened to it. I haven't had problems with items shipped from Spain so far, though I was nervous the first time. In this day and age everything should be instantly and accurately trackable, including across borders - who knows why the postal systems aren't there yet. rolleyes.gif
