QUOTE (CJA @ 19 Mar 2011, 02:14) *
There are serious issues at stake here, of which I am sure you are aware.

This is very important in the continuity or not of the Gainsbro club !!??.

We need to pull together on this.

We realise that Chris, but surely adding extra racing to a slot car racing club can't be a bad thing....and can't speak for anyone else, but I'd be more than willing to pay a little extra for regular use of the big track...plus I'm willing to put the effort in to help with the running on the scoring side of things.

Seems to me the majority would like this to happen, so we are already pulling together for the good of the club thumbsup.gif

On the 'tegs' front....yeah I noticed, took a minute to figure out what had changed smile.gif Next it'll be new clothes, new car, new woman....who knows where this will end biggrin.gif biggrin.gif biggrin.gif

Now Then, Now Then !!.

Please bear in mind that "Big G" requires a minimum of 4 mashalls to race.

Preferably 6 actually.

That means that we need 8 members present, for 4 to race.

vbr Chris.

We need to write up/agree some rules or copy n paste slot it challange rules and print them also..may avoid bickering.
may also be wise to add that normal little g will run as normal!!!!

Isn't big G a 'BSCRA' style track?

Ey Up,

Yes Montoya, it sure is !!.

BUT,

We don't currently have any BSCRA members in the club, so it doesn't get used.

It is a brilliant track, and we are trying to resurrect it !!.

Was thinking the same Pete....but so not to alienate the young 'uns I though best to let them use their current sport cars....unless they are willing to spend out for new Slot It cars and all the tune up parts required
