Hi, for the umpteenth year, the MR.C Raceway winter season is about to start.....
24th October 21st November 12th December 16th January 13th February 13th March 10th April 8th May - Additional race The racing is pretty much a fun run-wot-you-brung, whereby you bring something and race it! if not we have plenty of cars to use. We try not to take it seriously as that's when things start to get expensive!!!! I'm not fussed if you bring 1/32, 1/24, whatever, if it fits in the lane, it can go down!!!!   If we have enough people we usually run a couple of eliminators, and the rest is match racing, grudge racing, or just tuneup runs... Whatever takes your fancy!!!  New for this year....If we are running eliminators, then try to keep to a gentleman's agreement of 'you race a car appropriate to your opponent'... ie.. don't bring out your open motored missile against a budget cheetah II!!! This may change when we get bracket racing sorted!!!  Entry/racing is free, all we do is ask you buy your drinks at the bar! Keeps the hall owners happy! Set up/Racing from 2pm, (TWO pm), til we get bored and go home!! Usually 2 to 3 hours of racing.... Ok, doesn't sound long, but with 1 second runs, it's more than enough!!!! The venue is The Sturdee Sports and Social Club, Stoke Road Hoo Rochester Kent ME3 9LT Basic directions... A2 (M2 junction 1), follow the signs to Grain A289, then following the Grain signs onto A228, pick up the signs for 'Kingsnorth power station' which will turn you right into Stoke Road, continue towards the river, the road will turn sharp left, go straight on into the Sturdee Club that is right on the bend. Don't look for the Sturdee Club sign as it's blown down, look for the big black gates!!!! (any changes, we'll let you know!!) Map See you there!!!

Hi Marek, MrC is only Run-wot-u-brung (anything goes) there are no classes, but we do try and race a similar motor'd car to our competitor. Let me know your plans and I'll help out (PM me or email).
