SSDC v5 Sounds, Playing sounds Options

Hi all,
Some sounds are working others dont seem to be.
But worse thing is I cant find a way to test them?
I also cant find where the app stores them(file explorer) (was hoping to go in there and find a bunch of wavs and at least play them that way.

any ideas?

I understand that certain sounds require specific scenarios before they are played which makes it even more important to either provide a way of testing them within the app or at least knowledge of where they are stored.
