A recent build for our (SS 32 Toronto) club's 60's sportcar class.

It is a Revell Snaptite 427 Cobra, with a few mods to make it look more like a 289.

Many many years ago, the owner of our local commercial track had a maroon/gold Cheetah, which I fell in love with,... the livery on this cobra is a fantasy livery, insired by his Cheetah.

As per the class rules, the car sits on a "podless" plastic chassis (modified PCS), and has BWA/Dart power.

Lovely car - beautiful colours, nice details, all perfectly executed. The result is striking - and it runs well too, I'll bet.
