Just a short introductory announcement that the NISCAR section is now operational and that Celtic Flyer (Sinclair) is the Local Moderator.

Great news, I really must get down to see you. NI is a small province but it's still 85 miles away for me up here on the north coast. I don't think it's a regular option which is what a club needs to be. Perhaps Ballymena or Antrim might throw up some interest soon.
