Many thanks Bill, I'll take you up on that.
I'll probably then go on to nag you to death by email asking why you did x, y or z. ;0) -------------------- |

For classic cars, we have a specific 'tune up' file for the Chaparral 2E and the GT40, that you can find here:
http://www.slot.it/INGLESE/Download_car-tuning.html Its principle apply to the Alfa and Ferrari 312PB as well, but the 312 PB may suffer of the following issues: 1 - the first chassis was not really good and is light years from the current EVO6 units that can be found inside the recent classic cars. We issued a couple of updates that improved things considerably, but a long time has passed. It may be that your car has got the latest chassis, what model is it? 2 - the cockpit runs very low, and you may find interference with the motor mount if you loosen it up. Make sure to have short screws, in the front screws of the motor mount. 3 - the motor tabs may interfere with the body if the new 'reversed sidewinder' motor mounts are used. No problem with the CH44b or CH40 (I think this is what the latest 312 PB came out with) I'm sorry about that but the Ferrari 312 cannot benefit from all the most recent developments as it is now a dead project. It can be made to run very well but you must be aware of these facts. |
