The law in the UK is a complete and utter ASS! No doubt you'll be way ahead of me on this one Graham, but wasn't / isn't there any passenger on the bus who saw what happened? How can you get due care when the sun dazzled the bus driver?

It shouldn't matter to the authorities about a person's hobby, (within reason!) Jonny. I mean, just because I happen to play Grand Theft Auto 3 and Vice City on my PS2 doesn't mean I go out boosting cars or shooting people.

That`s true of course. But the mad world we live in nowadays it pays to be careful and stupid things sway opinion. Mind you Grah doesn`t look like the average boy racer, eh Grah. Hope it all works out for you ok.
