Three known chassis manufacturers, I seem to have lost the pics of the TSRF chassis on the Parma stand - I hav emailed PDL for some answers.
And here IS the pertinent information from that answer, interesting stuff! QUOTE The TSRF (now called TSR) products will soon be distributed by Parma in several countries, that is after the new generation of TSR products will be introduced in the market. What Parma showed at Nurnberg is strictly the current product. The new generation will feature RTR cars fitted with proprietary injected bodies in both the 1/24 and 1/32 scales, but we are still a few months away from this. While the basic philosophy of the concept will remain the same, some changes will be made so that the cars will be easier to use on more tracks such as Ninco, SCX or Scalextric with little or no changes. The chassis was originally built exclusively with the Carrera track system in mind, but demand required that we adapt to other systems, so we are doing so. TSR is also collaborating with other hobby companies, providing chassis engineering for new products. Another new range of late 1960's and early 1970's Can-Am and similar cars with functional realistic devices is being created by TSR in collaboration with a large Japanese die-cast factory strictly in the 1/24 scale. TSR embraces both the 1/32 and 1/24 scales. So now? we wait or nag the Dok again? votes please! Nothing on the Parma stand stood out otherwise, 'same old same old' as far as I could see. Plafit have two new chassis for your delectation though... Plafit Super132... ![]() This brings Plafit up to three chassis in ther range specifically for 1/32 cars of all sizes and classes, still nothing from them for earl, narrow open wheelers though. Plafit Super124... ![]() Another excellent but tough to set up chassis by the looks of it. Worth a trial maybe soon. -------------------- QUOTE " Life isn't about how many breaths you take, it is about how many moments take your breath away." |
