100 ft, 30m track. Painted wood, very grippy. Unusual for a wood track we have steel braid conductors for the rails which means magnets work!
Format - running 4 race classes - 2 race classes per evening, alternating weeks. Qualifying at start of evening - racing for each class is then done in two sessions, upper group and lower group, with the non-racing group marshalling.
Current classes

Week 1
Ninco near box standard Ford GT anglewinder. Open choice wheels tyres gears (no NSR parts), non-magnet class. Marshalled.
Slot.it Group C. May use any slot.it parts. No magnet class. Marshalled.

Week 2
Ninco box standard JGTC. Principally no mods, magnet class. Marshalled.
Open GT - not box standard, no magnet class

Costs: £6 adults/£4 juniors. Includes one ticket to the weekly car raffle. First session is always free. Contact Ken if you are interested.
Annual subs of £10, if you join part way through the year this is waived. Drinks and chocolate bars available.

Currently we have space for another couple of people - we have a spread of driver skills - so don't be afraid (you are unlikely to come last). Cars and throttles available to borrow if you want to just have a go and see what a large circuit is like.

PM RikoRocket or Invicta or Kenno, or Gary Hobden, or Penfold

Just a quick reminder that racing starts again on Friday 11th Jan, and if last year was anything to go by we're in for another exciting season.

Anyone out there that fancies a go would be more than welcome, and it won't cost you a penny (for the first week at least).

To all the regulars, see you tomorrow night.

Nick
