Lots of interesting news from Le Mans miniatures at Nürnberg!

1/32 pit crew, pictures say enough I think wink.gif no release date for the scenery stuff at this time

Nice stands which also will become available

Pre-packaging examples

Next the cars for 2008. Big news is that the resin will come from China from now on. This will make the RTR cars much more accessible.
For example, the new Audi retails for +/- 100 euro and the Panhard for +/- 70 euro.
There's more news concerning the running parts, but that's for later.

LMM just released the Audi R10 TDI winner 12 Hours Sebring 2007, perfect detailing as usual!!!

The CD Panhards are also just released

The Audi's from Le Mans are announced for march

Also for march, the Peugeot 905 EV1 bis (winner Le Mans 1992). I think a lot of people will be happy with this release wink.gif

Pescarolo Le Mans 2007 (april)

In may we can expect the stunning Matra Simca MS 670 B (winner Le Mans 1974)

The Porsche 917/20 is announced for june

And last but definately not least is the Bugatti 57 G Tank, winning car in Le Mans 1939 (no picture available yet).

2008 promises to be a good year for Le Mans miniatures smile.gif

Flippin' 'eck! I better get another job.

Matra, Pink Pig and Peugeot are all on my favourite cars list - and I love quirky old French Blue Le Mans cars like the Panard.

Those Peugeots look nice, are they to be priced about the same as the Audis 100 euros? Thats about £74 roughly?

Beautiful cars as we've come to expect. The pit crew look good too, are they plastic, resin or white metal? When you mention the 'scenery stuff', does that mean that LMM are going to produce the fuelling rigs and accessories shown in the background of your pics? Any info would be appeciated thumbsup.gif

cheers,

Those figures are a real must for the endurance fans dribble.gif I think they are made in resin.
LMM make other figures, they come either fully painted or not. Price goes from 10 to 14 euros, not cheap for an unpainted figure, but reasonable for the painted one given the high quality. I don't know the actual price of those new figures though.

Stunning dribble.gif

Same question as above - are the background scenery items to be released ? If so I may need to rethink my plans for a permanent track.

o.k. so I found the scenery items in 1/24 scale. Are the items in the background actually 1/32 as the figures or is it 1/32 figures and 1/24 scenery ?

I have ordered the scenery items from an on-line retailer here in UK (at least the pillar and pediment, refuelling rig and overhead lighting gantry). Will be interesting to see how they look against a 1/32 car.
