Many thanks Alan for your appreciation but also for the info : I didn't absolutely know about INDYCALS, and I just discovered their website from you post. It's now in my favorites. They are doing really a superb job. Next time, I will check beforehand.

That said, designing and sizing home-made decals for my own 1/32 cars (mostly Scalextric) is something I do like to do, as it is extremely rewarding, a very enjoyable hobby.

Regards,
Jean-Pierre

Okay, here are my entries on the thread - thanks to Jean Pierre's decals!

My Shadow DN1a needed a bit of filler...

But turned out nicely, using a Sharpie to blur the line between the paint and decals...

The BRM is deceptively simple. Anything that could go wrong did, but she's a racer...

All three of my Seventies cars, for our classic F1 series at Farnham:

And the next one is making progress...

It's a fave rave at the club as well Kev! So far in our 'glam rock' F1 class the Tyrrell 008 is the car to beat with the BRM next up, the Shadow, Airfix Lotus 79 and Scaley Brabham BT49 racing for third.

Sounds like a great class to race in Driver.
When I was a kid the Tyrrell 008 was the one to beat at our club when it first came out. It`s still a nice car to look at.
Cheers,
Kev.

I've got a Ferrari 312T with new tyres and a set of Indycals decals, could be tempted to trade for an Indy!

Just a note to you guys I would also be willing to produce molds for rep pops of these classics if there was interest,
Resin bodys not lexan. Would be also willing to do a collaboration with some one in a club were I pore the body's and send them over to the counter who in turn would complete the kit. Catch is would need a body to mold in rtv and then send back. I love casting resin.

I wonder why any of these cars never made it over to the USA. And if they did there was not a lot of them.
I just got to get my hands on some.

Paul,
Most of them are plentiful and cheap on ebay uk.
I think a resin repop would cost more than an original.
Cheers.
Mick.
