Huge sighs of relief all round. Am cancelling rent on the bare mountain hideaway. Casting successfully removed from old bod without damage, although a few rough corners on the cast. But now we start the lengthy process of filling and knocking back into shape the cracks and distortions that were already present, and weren't possible to fix in the first lay-up. Be patient children. I have to go out and buy a new bucket of fine surface polyfiller this morning.

looks like one of charlies , he did this in fibre glass too but on second thoughts I think hs had a passenger moulded in too?
