Every now and then a technology comes along that makes you think about the slot. Here is one that makes me wonder what we may be racing in a couple of years time:
This video may however be fake and just a promotion of Wipeout (a video game). It would be cool if it were real though. |

They seem to be using liquid nitrogen and inevitably they are having to use protective gloves to handle it.
OK for guys in a lab who understand the safety issues. Big question mark over making it safe enough for the home set market. |
