 MINI COUNTRYMAN WRC No.37 Rally D’Italia 2011 Driver: Dani Sordo Reference No: C3301 Type: Single car, crystal box Class: Rally Availability: August 2012 High-quality build specification with expected high performance straight out of the box. Continuing the ever-popular range of Mini cars in the Scalextric range, the Mini Countryman has the DPR digital chip plug facility for upgrading to digital racing and a life-like weathered rally livery. History: May 2011 saw the Rally D’Italia held on the island of Sardinia. Dani Sordo and co-driver Carlos del Barrio claimed a well-deserved 6th place beating the Ford Fiesta of Malcolm Wilson. Dani has competed at toplevel motor sport for the last ten years. For the 2011 season Dani Sordo had joined MINI in their first year in the WRC securing 2 podiums in Germany and France 3rd and 2nd place respectively and 4th place in Spain and 6th in the first round for MINI in Sardinia.
