Please read the rules of the News forum. Pictures that appear on the portal (quite often the first picture of a group) are to be no wider than 400 pixels wide. If any other appear, then they too should be 400 pixels wide.

This is so that people with all types of screen and resolution can see the whole Portal page.

Thanks.

No problem this time. I fixed the first image and added some dashes to prevent the others from showing on the Portal. There is a cut-off of so many bytes that keeps the Portal post size down.

The new Renault 5 has been released in Spain.

Also the latest spy shots show the BMW M1 is near completion.

Fingers crossed, the BASF livery isn't a limited edition. tongue.gif

I think if you look more closely at the Fly flyer you will notice that it is a completely different car, number and livery.

Simon:

I think that the 512 CL is a fantasy livery. I am unable to find a record of Penske running a 512 CL at LeMans (they ran a 512M).

Seems like FLY did this on another 512 CL recently.
I have been trying to find out if there really was
a 512 Coda Lunga done up in the red and yellow Shell livery,
and to the best of my knowlege, there never was one.

I would prefer that FLY not do this, it simply cheapens their
name and reputaion in my eyes.

Feel free to correct me if I ma wrong on this, but I have searched
everwhere, all to no avail.

Thanks

I haven't been able to document the authenticity of the Shell 512CL either Gordo.

On the one hand it's nice to see more Fly classics available, but on the other hand why not replicate an actual race livery?

Oh well.
