Well - I couldn't leave well enough alone - so as soon as the F40 and F50 arrived I got to work.

Great contribution to the hobby! I have always loved the F40. You are tempting me to go find one and resurrect it as you have. Not that I would have enough knowledge for any suggestion...the Slot.IT BBS, deeper-dish wheels might go nicely (the ones on their Porsche 956) for the realism you are shooting for. I don't know if the size matches though.
