What's really interesting about that view of the car. You can easily identify the shape of the Beetle deck lid, grill, and rear window hiding within the back slope of that car. Progress is a funny thing.

Wide slicks under narrow cars make them simply roll over during hard cornering. It's nice to have a little side-slide to warn you that you're near the edge of control.
