Hi Guys
This is something I have been fiddling with some time
Inspired by zagatos great efforts with his aston martin s and decided to have a go at this to see if I could raise the quality of my shells to somewhere near grahams
I,ve done enough now to show you a picture and If I get a enough encouragement I may even get the motivation to finish it
I appreciate that its not everyones taste, a bit like marmite, but I think its brutal styling would leave no one unmoved one way or the other .You certainly cant ignore it ,and I just love it
Lighter and faster than the all time classic ferrari 250GTO never had the success it deserved cos it was run by the underfunded scuderia venezia

I have Derek Cooper's master here Tony, (looks like that is where yours may have originated from), if it's any use you can have it, I don't think I'll ever get around to doing anything with it.

Also got this Bugatti of Derek's, not sure of the model.

I did have one of dereks breadvans but when I measured it was far too long and the wing shape looked all wrong to me
I also have one of those bugattis ,and i am sure derek would tell you if you asked ,but I think it is a type 57 S atlante coupe
not quite sure what to do with mine

Hi Guys.
I saw Tony's buck recently at Yorkley, and it has a good look to it, quite close to some pictures we had of the real 1.1 car.
I hope Tony does finish the model, and offers some shells for sale!

Congratulations for your model it look great!
Only a precisation: it was the Scuderia Serenissima the name of the team.
The car was created on the specifications of Conte Volpi di Misurata, the team owner ... I don't think it was So underfunded. It was not really luky, IMHO.

Thanks for straightening that out ,I actually knew it was serenissima ,but I must have had a bit of brain fade when i posted the thread and got my scuderias mixed up
You are quite right it didn,t get the success the bold design deserved

Super work as usual. I've got one of the Charlie Fitz's Maser Breadvans on my workbench, just waiting to get started now! These will make a nice pairing Im sure! If it would be possible to include the engine detailing that would be superb!

What are your plans with chassis mounting posts? Graham (GPM) uses the mounts for the PCS chassis on his Astons, it would be good if you maybe able to include these!

Tony, did you make any further progress on the Ferrari Breadvan ? ,having another look at the recent program from Goodwood Revival recall seeing the Minassian /Werner car going round Madgwick last Friday afternoon got me thinking .
