Just completed both of these cars:

1963 Ford Falcon Sprint as driven by Jim Taylor in 2 Trans-Am races in the 1966 Season:




1966 Plymouth Barracuda as driven by Scott Harvey in the 1966 Trans-Am Series:




Both cars utilize a trimmed Scalextric 1969/1970 Mustang chassis:




As these cars were narrow in real life and ran on skinny tires - so do these. I've used Slot Car Corner's awesome 15x7 Aluminum rims with their steel wheel inserts and Ninco Classic Tires. This works perfectly!

Both cars look excellent, great job..


Working on the shells you sent me at the moment, they are coming on great.
I will post some photos when completed.

Thanks gents! As for the wheels, Choc you are totally correct...but for some silly reason I like the way it looked. I will probably paint them.
