Hello,
I was hoping to get along to race again in the F1 this year and have just read the rules for the F1 class (better late than never!) and saw that "F1 type hubs and tyres" are required this year, so my wheels and tyres from last year wont be suitable.

Can anyone offer some advise on what size hub is legal and what make and compound of tyres/wheels you would advise for the track. I managed to find NSR Vintage style tyres - NSR 5243 but the external dim of 24 seems to be a bit on the large side and i have no tyre truer to reduce them down. I have been trying to get through to Top Slots and Trains for some product advise, but the phone line never seems to connect through. Any advise would be appreciated.

Thanks, Ryk

Hi Ryk, these codes are from NSR and slot.it respectivelyon Pendles site which I have used on most of my cars. I have also just got some penelope pitlanes hubs that will fit the scalextric superslix tyres or similar. Hope it helps.
