A healthy nights racing, cut to 10 laps as several members were unable to stay too late. This gave us the chance to have a feature sprint at the end of the night, the results will be up this evening (I hope).
Some VERY close racing, with several members trying out new equipment. Good to see the newer members realising how much they have improved - the rest of the season is going to get more and more competitive. Laura had some very good heats tonight, with times and consistency improving as the laps went by.
Finally, the members wish Reece all the best in his big exam today.
and here's the results of the sprint session we had as a little bonus, as we finished the main session so early
we raced the club Slot It Jags, 10 laps, with the car staying in it's colour coordinated lane with each driver driving each car. Very nice little machines and a class I would really like to see in future - a very popular class at some other clubs, the local members tell me.
Even though no points normally awarded, didn't we agree quadruple points for anyone who managed to get a three, six and a seven in their total time?
