September 28th is the date for the third "Special" night of the year.

Based on the recent Goodwood Revival, it will be a normal 4 class meeting for classes loosely based around Goodwood eligible cars.

  1. Front-engined Grand Prix
  2. Front-engined GT/Sports
  3. Saloons (50s & 60s)
  4. Mid-engined GT/Sports

Rules will be strictly ridiculed, it's a fun night which doesn't count toward the yearly championship so let's see some unusual cars out there.

It's probably too short notice for him, but I did wonder if Tony could fit the unit with a sprinkler system that could be turned on at various strengths every few minutes, just to really capture the Goodwood experience.

Tweed jackets and flat caps are required attire and obviously, if anybody is bringing their good lady along they should be dressed as a debutante attending the theatre rather than a motorsport event in a wet and windy airfield!

Extra points will be awarded to anyone who can blag their way into the pre-66 car parking in their Triumph Stag or V12 E-type!
