2 or 7 (converted version of 6)
Points to take into account:

Access to the infield curves in case of deslot.
Driver stations-

Number 3 would also be interesting but only if you can place the driver station behind the track at top right, angled down from top to right hand side to limit drivers view obstructions. In this instance you would also require marshalls for each race OR accept long recovery time when crashing.
We find on 'Suzuka' that if you crash in a race with 4 or less people and are not using crash and burn, then 1 crash will finish the race for you most times.

You won't regret number 5 !!

-you can reach any deslotted car from where you stand, very important unless you have marshalls
- you have a good view on every part of the track from where you are standing

Like some other things I will not mention here : at first glance bigger seems to attract more but small and beautifull is better..also try them out if you can : on paper they look sometimes very good but in practise they can be disappointing..

If you have the space for the very large one I would prefer building 2 small circuits: 1 F1 and 1 rally (including cacao and flower on the track).

Thank's a lot for all your replys !!

I'm ok with Goldfish's version
just wana make a precision , I have put those curve there on the left back because the original track (1:1) is like this !

But never mind , I'm surly going to make this adaptation, it would give this :

I made a bit longer , 17.28m and 17.16m inside 5.00 / 1.75m
