I urge Ferrari fans to have a go at these delightful old Scalextric cars whilst they seem to be in glut and cheap. Excellent value slotting, and the cars always brighten the paddock. I've got another en route.

The unloved one, totally overshadowed by it's daughter the luscious p3/4, the P2 is often unfairly ignored.

My last remaining ambition is to convert one of those.

Just found an open top 412, road car rather than racer.

Nice 1/24th 275GTB bought a few years back, notice the yellowing (it has been covered in Kleer) shame really, it's a nice subject.

And fitted with a dreadful chassis (Monogram or Revell)

Yes, of course, this one is the launch car, so 350 it is. But then they were sold to all and sundry and all sorts of things happened to them.
When I first showed this picture on the forum, people struggled to accept that it ended it's life as a small town club racer.

Look at the wheels, do they look like normal Ferrari wheels? Who knows what happened to the engine?

Generally I try to avoid posting pictures of diecast (apparently this is a forum about slotcars )
But sometimes it's unavoidable because pictures of the real thing are simply not around.
