[Ice Hockey Face-off]

Now i have enough pieces for my temporary scalextric 4 lane layout it finnaly came round to buying the sclextric sport multi lane power. But can u answer me this does the main scalextric sport power base need to be before the multi lane power system or does it need to be after it in terms of positioning. At the moment i have the multi lane system after the main power system but the other lanes which the multi lane system power are going backwards in the wrong direction to the other main power lane.

Please can u sort out my problem for me

What i mean to say is that why is the lane that the multi lane system powers goin backwards to the other lane

This is a guess, as I don't know the multi-lane sport base very well, but it sounds like you have each power base on different sides of the track (i.e. one on the outside, one on the inside).

My understanding is that they are designed to be placed next to each other (both on the outside) and then the multi-lane base simply extends under the track to the 2 new lanes).

If you have got one base on the inside and one on the outside then effectively they would be "pointing in opposite directions". Put the bases next to each other and that should sort it.

Apologies if i've got the wrong end of the stick....if so, perhaps a photo or drawing would help to identify the prob.

the extention powerbase for lanes 3 and 4 should be placed next to the powerbase for lanes 1 and 2 and the 2 leads should be connected to lanes 3 and 4.
