Nice build. I like the grill. I assume is from the photoetched parts you got.
The chassis looks nice too. How do you cut the brass again?

Morning GRUNZ,

Yes the grill is part of the photo etched parts I acquired.

I cut the brass chassis where I could with a hacksaw. I drilled the corners for the insert and then used a saw.
I did also use a dremel with a cutting blade too. Because of the metal fragments I wore goggles and a mask and did the cutting outside. For some reason the saw is missing from the below pic, along with my needle files.

Thanks for the positive comments gents 馃憤

Thanks Brian for the reply...it seems that your post was cut short.
I want to give brass chassis making a try.

Nothing is secure yet as I鈥檓 hoping to clear coat tomorrow.

I need to get some more bodies full and partial, along with some heads.

As can be seen Mr Hill is the pilot. I don鈥檛 even know if he raced on a Maserati A6GCS.

Another super build, Brian. Abfab. Graham didn't race this Mazzer, but what does it matter? He looks the quintessential racing driver in any car.

I've got my version of him sitting at the wheel of an SSK Merc.

Looking forward to seeing the Rover completed.
