After being away from slots for around 3 years - I'm back! But smaller now! As I don't have the room now for a large track I have decided to go 1/43 scale and to to get a routed track not the Ninco track pictured below. So far the design looks like this:
The plan is to have the first part of the hill about an inch off the ground, then round the hairpin where it will climb again - it's meant to look like racing up a cliff side and give the track a bit of depth...but we shall see what happens! It's only 6ft x 4ft so can easily be stored out of the way when not in use and I will put in as much scenery as I can do.
I'll keep this post updated as I move along with my work...it may be a while as I tend to draw these things out! LOL
