Anybody ever bought slot cars from noqooshy.com in Canada?

Has anybody here ever bought slot cars or other accessories from www.noqooshy.com in Canada? The prices seem VERY cheap, but I recognize some of the products and photos from small vendors on EBay. I cannot find any track record online from other people on them. Anybody had in experiences with them?

The name alone had me suspicious. One Google and this - https://uk.trustpilot.com/review/www.noqooshy.com

Personally, I'd avoid like the Covid and I've not even looked at their site.
Okay, now after one minute on the site I would never buy so much as a metal mailbox (long story) from these folk. 😬
Harsh words, Trish, and we've no evidence but it sure looks like they could be The Rich Energy Ltd of online retail.🙄
It does sound highly suspicious from the Trust Pilot review though I have no idea how they got 3 stars after just 1, 1 star review.
Site looks very similar to holdernessjoinery, probably be fine, so long as you're after a couple of pairs of cheap but at the same time, really expensive sunglasses.

Definitely a scam as most of the stuff in slot section is actually the mid America raceway ,as seen on your favourite website
A "Canadian" site and in the FAQs they say they do not charge "sales tax"? And no physical address anywhere on the site? Yeah, right...

That and the quality of the language should keep you away from the site. FAR away: there are enough good, reputable sellers that we all know. I would not in a million years even THINK of using something like this.
Thanks for all your valuable feedback, colleagues. I am waiting to see if they respond to my email inquiry for a bulk purchase, and my curiosity about the origins of their products and images on their site.

They can't take much money from me, because I already sent mine safely to some Nigerian people who emailed me and said I was related to some royalty there, and safely taking my large down payment for some wide swaths of land I have inherited there, they tell me. It cleaned me out, but the payoff, I am told, will be big!

Don't mean to be paranoid, but I have bought from Pendles for over twenty years, and I am still on the fence as to if its just a fencing operation.

If you have trouble getting your money from the Nigerians just send me all your private details ,and I'll get them to send it to me first, and then I'll forward it on to you ,minus a small commission for the service as the Nigerian royal family can be a bit slow to respond to their emails

I guess you've never visited Upe in Ajomope, where the emails are translated to smoke signals.

These "handling fees" are starting to add up - it's almost as bad as Paypal!
If you are looking for some fair pricing, try these guys:

https://sunday-slot-cars.square.site

I picked up my gear from them. Young guy, very eager to provide good customer service. I found his prices very reasonable. I purchased in person. Before Xmas, he had a huge popup store set up in a Mall. Tons of stock on pretty much anything and he did special order some items for me.

I had zero issues and will order again from him.

The owner is Bill.
