I'm just converting the Surtees ts16 mathbox kit and will post once i've got something interesting to show.

In the meantime i'd like to get the Tyrrell kit to also work on......

Anyone prepared to part with one - for sensible money!!!!

no, no, I have the SCX version - I need the mathbox kit to do a full on conversion!!!!!!

For those of you not in the know on this one the matchbox kit is NOT a slot car. Its a 1:32 static kit which a special few have in the past used as a basis for a slot car conversion. Philip P for exampe did one...... some years back......

I'm having a bit of a '70's Formula one moment ya see and since there are so few out there and none on ebay for a few weeks i thought i'd try my luck here....

I'm sure someone has one that they will NEVER get around too?????????????????

And as Graham says it IS goingt o a good home!!!!!

Yes I did a conversion on the Matchbox kit and it turned out well, even runs better than my SCX version and certainly better than the Polistil version I also have!

Hello, I have this one, not sure if complete but looks like all the main bits are there and I'm sure you're quite capable of making the bits that aren't. I'll even throw in a quality resin driver figure. Yours for the price of postage, just PM with your address and I'll get it off to you....
