I was told of by Charles Lawrence in Seattle. They're raised resin details on transfer film that you apply just like decals, and they are good but very fine and apparently work best when applied to the model after the primer coat, and before the final paint finish, otherwise they won't stick. They are meant for model railways but can of course be used for some slot car projects.

I've just got some AR88038 louvres for a Jag D-Type, but they might be a little bit narrow, so I'm going to order some wider ones. There are some packs (A88055 and A88056) that contain an assortment of sizes that could be handy. I'll be getting some rivets too to try out.

Has anyone else tried these?

Cheers,

Tom.
