Hi friends,

here is my latest work. This is an Aston DB4 Zagato PSK I made a few years ago. Since I use other techniques including airbrushing. Here is the result. The intended effect is to reproduce the effect limit in the rain. I hope you enjoy the result.

Very convincing result when the first picture is compared to the second one...
Must have been a real challenge to dull the body without dismantling the car.

Pastels powder (dry or diluted whith water) applied with a hard brush on a matt surface and sealed with varnish can bring some good results too.

Hi Dennis, I'm coming a bit late to this. It's a fantastic model - was it a pre painted kit? If not what colour blue did you use?

I do not think it is pre-painted...What a beautiful car...I wish Zagato here would released them again.
