If the winter sun has you struggling for things to surprise and delight the crowds - and the buyers - at this year's toy fairs then can I suggest a re-livery of the excellent Dome. We've all got enough Audi R8s, but this would be class. And it's a real car!

That is a diecast made by Ebbro. The real car ran in 2004 Le Mans.

I wish they would do this one too. Although the rivet counters will point out that there are subtle differences in this and the shell that SCX have.

Put me down for one if it ever makes it to the shelves - cracking livery.

I think that's the car in the R:Racing game (PS2, XBox) but it isn't described as a Dome - just as the "Advan Kondo All-Japanese Dream Team" (IIRC) which led me to believe that it was another car altogether. Didn't know it was the Dome, perhaps there was a licensing problem? ALthough as I reply I now remember that "Dome" means "Dream" in Japanese so perhaps the name was a bit of a pun.
