I have the same with my own website, which I then have to reset to remove the error message. My site has been set up, by the designer, to do this if it detects too many visits with dodgy characters in the address bar. Some times this is caused by hacker robots trying to by pass login security and sometimes by people going directly to a certain page, rather than the home page, and their saved page address has been corrupted or miss typed. By passing the home page will normally let you in but not for long.

By any chance, do you have Norton security or using the Norton VPN? For some reason, this is detected by our software as a high-risk connection and frequently is blocked. If you are, try disabling it or changing your VPN location and this should clear the issue.

I am not seeing anything else on our end at the moment that would explain any issues with connection or our servers, but I will make sure the dev team is keeping an eye on the server traffic to monitor if there is an issue on our end.

The only other thing that comes to mind is our regular updates, but these usually last only a minute or two at most so it should not be a reoccurring issue.

I haven’t had any luck getting in to Auslot.
As Phil k said, it drops out for days sometimes.
It is not dead just taking a break.

Hi all,

I just managed to log in and start a new thread using a different browser. I normally use Firefox on mac, but that is still not working right now. But Safari is working. So maybe try another computer or browser until they/Vince sorts it?

Steve.

Edit: still seems sketchy unfortunately.
