According to Pendle's site they are all inline-some are 4WD.The 1/24th versions are also inline with both the Lambo and Ford listed as 4WD :Gear-driven I believe.

Ford gt and the mustang are sidewinders (i have both) -the lambo is rear mounted inline with gear drive (like scx rally)
the rally cars are the same (got 2 coming)
