Hi,

I brought this:

I believe its limited edition and Avant Slot usually limit it to 1000.

The also usually pit a small sticker with the number on i.e. 234/1000

This doesn't have one, does anyone know how many were made and if there is anywhere that states what number on the model / box that I've missed?

According to Pendle, this one is 1000 units:

No clue as where to find the exact number on this one.
The couple of other black limited Avant Slots I've seen has had
the number engraved in the chassis, if my memory is correct.

I think you have a very rare find there!! They have forgotten to put a sticker on yours, making it one of one limited release!!

Matte black is the new black.
Anyway, I know it's a limited edition of 1000, but I'm considering getting one and I would greatly appreciate someone telling me how it drives, especially on wood. Driving this thing on my (relatively) boring Scalextric plastic track wouldn't do it justice.

I have this one, which I believe is also a limited edition and it isn't on Pendle's site? It is Carlos Sousa's car from Dakar 2010. It is a good runner, but the suspension is much stiffer than Ninco.
