There was a thread that discussed bonnet vents recently and thought I'd show how I did mine on the Bentley...
Started off looking for a decent pattern and eventually came across this overhead projector lense..
the pattern on this was wide enought and deep enough to get a decent mould for vents...
Used plasticine for the mould and just poured on some resin and cut to shape.
I orignally stuck this casting to outside of the bonnet as it was avery thin casting but decided it didn't look right so set about cutting it in...
Once set into the bonnet to the correct depth (this side not fixed yet) they look like reasonable bonnet vents...
