A new bootloader software update (PC software) is available

The reason for the update is this: the previous zip file, supposedly containing the 0.0.10 version, actually contained a version 0.0.10 wrongly named 0.0.9.
So, in order to clear up things, this new version 0.0.11 is released, so that any confusion ceases.
There are no changes from the non-existing 0.0.10 apart from numbering
