Hi all

I've been reading a book about terrian modelling, specificly about building deciduous trees. The trees are made of twisted copper wire, but where it talks about the covering for the armature, the author mentions a product called 'Tetrion'. I think this is a brand name, and not a material. The book is one of the 'Osprey' books which are printed in the UK.

Does anyone know what this material is? It is a powder, and may just be plaster. Although I tried plaster, and it flakes off the armature very easily.

Thanks
Bill

Thanks Alan

Silicone, hadn't thought of that.
Thanks for the tip Monaro. I'll try it also. Good for tree/car contact I suppose
