Thanks MrBugs

..thats exactly what I was looking for. My only problem is the Goldcap capacitor!..I usually buy my components at Farnell.com but I can't find a Goldcap Capacitor there.
Is Goldcap the company that makes it, a nickname!?
or is it a special type capacitor??...english is not my first language so maybe thats why im confused

Can you help me?

Hi, Mogtev !

Farnell codes:

106-835 = Capacitor 0.1F 5.5V bigger
CAPACITOR, 0.1F 5.5V; Capacitance: 0.1F; Capacitor dielectric type: Aluminium Electrolytic; Case style: Radial; Diameter, body: 13.5mm; Length / Height, external: 7.5mm; Pitch, lead: 5mm; Temperature, operating (a) max:

3035790 = Capacitor 0.22F 5V smaller and also affordable
CAPACITOR, 0.22F 5V; Capacitance: 0.22F; Capacitor dielectric type: Aluminium Electrolytic; Case style: Radial; Diameter, body: 10.5mm; Length / Height, external: 6mm; Pitch, lead: 10mm; Temperature, operating (a) max: 7

These work very well, I have built several lighting kits usink them.

PS.

For headlights I recommend using:

Farnell:

352-6847 = White LED 3mm, very bright 1.44euro/25pcs
LED, 3MM WHITE; Angle, viewing: 35°; Colour, LED: White; LED / lamp size: 3mm/T1; Luminous intensity, typ: 600mcd; Current, If max: 30mA; Luminous intensity, min @ If: 200mcd; Voltage, PIV max: 5V; Voltage, Vf max: 4.5V;

For brake lights I recommend:

942-443 = Red LED 3mm Clear lens, very bright
LED, 3MM RED; Angle, viewing: 50°; Colour, LED: Red; Diameter, external: 3.1mm; LED / lamp size: 3mm/T1; Luminous intensity, typ: 1300mcd; Wavelength, peak: 660nm; Current, If luminous intensity: 20mA; Current, If max: 3

Naturally you will have to do some experimenting to suit the lights for your taste.

I know it's a bit off topic but Overdrive light kits can be made to fit nearly every car but some cars will need heavy mods-cutting front tyres in half, buying new hubs! I could do a video of my Lister and SCX Suby going round my track at night if you wanted-I'd need somewhere to upload it to!
