I've done the upgrade from 1.04 to 1.09 and ran over 100 laps w/o any problem: 4 "active" cars (ID 1,2,3 and 6) + 2 pacecars (ID 4 and 5), no SSDC at all (not yet !), average of 9s a lap.
Notice I've never had major defects with the previous 1.04, only a bit of missing laps, around 2%, and, I don't know how I did it, but the "beep" was stored in the prom, even if the ABP is restarted.
Well, I've read so much "bug with...", "problem with...", "don't work..." that I'm pleased to put such a topic.
