I've made one!!!

Sorry about the poor picture, it was taken 4 or 5 years ago with a old digital camera.

I even organised a race event for them at my local slot car club at the time - great fun!

That's going to be a hard one. You may have to "cut and shut' a couple of cars into one !

As a very young slotracer in the depths of Woking in Surrey, I had occaision to hand carve a limmo from a picture in the "Observers book of Cars" It was the last entry in the book and was called a ZIL. It was a russian diplomatic Limmo and was made about 1960. I carved it in wood and then moulded it in fibreglass and let my imagination do the rest! not bad for a 14 year old!

The car had two MRRC 5 poles end to end with a 3/4" gap between them.

Best of luck with your search!

Hey

Sorry about bout the missing photo in my last post.

I found the old Mondeo limo, battled scared from its last race...

Me and some of my fellow junior members built and raced them quite a while ago, I'm 17 now...

My second attempt, using a Scalextric C-Class Mero

Sorry about the dark pictures, I'll take some more if anyone is interested.

All the Best,
James

Since when?

If it was, there would hardly be a "legal" limo on the road!

Or do you believe they really are all "stretched"?

All limos are put on the rack to be streched, everyone knows that

Well, I think most people would gather that.

I thought you were on the look out for a Slot Car Limo?

Had any luck?

I made those other ones at the age of 12, so they're very simple to make. The chassis is extended using a 15cm ruler and the extra body panels are made from plastic cut from ice-cream tubs.

All the Best,
