Not a lot really, the box, which is obvious abd a little harder to show your cars off. Ground axles, and brass bushes (metal) bushes. You may get a slight performance advantage with the 'sport' version. These boxed edition cars are always numbered (limited) and if you just happen to stumble acroos the right particular model and choose not to race it it will double in value fairly quickly before stabiliising for a few years.
