[Difflock]

Thanks to Slot Forum's resource section, I've downloaded the track plans for the multiple LeMans sets.

Is there some sort of tutorial for the track planner, or should I get my fingers off the keyboard and read the help file?

If you have ever used Tracker...it's pretty much the same just a little more quirky.

I ran my layout against this (Carrera Track Planner), S-plan and Tracker. Tracker was the closest to the actual layout in use. But Tracker costs money so it's a trade off.

Try building your inventory first so the Carrera software knows how much of what you have to build with. It will let you know when you have run out of a particular track peice.

Keep playing with it though and you will get the hang of it.

Well, I've finally had a mess about with the planner and have managed to produce some layouts, so it wasn't too scary after all

Hi Diff,

try www.slotcarmanager.de, go on "slotman light" and download version 6.0.8

It's german but you'll get used to it. It's free, and most german guys make their tracks with this software - it's very accurate.
