I don't know if this has been mentioned before. I bought some Chuppa Chup lollies for my cousins grandson and when the loolly is gone the stick is hollow and is the perfect size for 3/32nd axle spacers. Easy to cut and you get loads from one stick. Very cheap except for the dentist bills if you eat them.

Caution there are two sizes one is a slide fit, one is a press fit. You can only discover this by trial and error or by taking an axles to the shop. So you'll need to make an axle keychain:question:
