Does any one know were i can fnd a good / true 1/32 scale model of one of these dinosaurs?

I also want to build a hotrod or 2

Maybe American Graffeti had a bigger impact on me than i thought

Hi Wayne.
It goes like this:
eBay.com, Toy & Hobbies, Plastic Kits - Automotive, Search 1:32 on the results, Scroll down until you find your '55 Chevy.
I've seen them. Very cool car.
Keep me posted,
Lowrider.

Hi.

Gunze Sangyo make a 55 Nomad that makes a nice slot car conversion.

They also do a Chev 57 Sport coupe, a 59 Chev coupe and some other odd stuff.

Monogram did a 55 Chevy coupe in the "snap it" and "Chromies" range has a funky scoop popping out of the hood.

For hot rods, there are quite a few 1933 Fords available as either "snap it" My first hotrod (blue) or the ZZ Topp car (red).

Most of these kits are out of production
. Happy hunting!

Cheers

Here are my motorised versions of the Monogram Snap-tite 55 and (unfinished) Gunze Nomad.

I have also done a '34 Ford Delivery (by MPC- I think) and when I can remember where it's hidden away I'll add some pics.

Apologies for the dust and carp photography!

That's an unusual layout Mr M, strange scenery in a '60's kitchenette stylee.
I think it could do with a 'No Through Road' sign at the crossing though, just to avoid those tiles getting chipped.

Retro is IN you know!

Mr Nerfee, will I be allowed to run these in "Non-Hornby Muscle"?

What a Mary Quant !

'course you can - if we had such a class!

I'm sure Mr Bun the baker, sorry, I meant Mr Baker the Chairman, would have something to say if you tried to run it in "Carrera Muscle".

Can they go the 'wrong way' around the track (intentionally) ?

What a Paul Anka, Anka, Anka!

You obviously spent too much time studying the decor to notice which way the cars were running!

Did I mean "Non Carrera Muscle"?
Or Fly Rally? Or was it BTCC Rally?

QUOTE ....and very little dust by your normal standards!!

My guess is that the cars weren't really running, I think Mr M had a cunning plan to place them that way round so that we could only see the clean, sorry, less dusty sides !!!

j-c ?

No comment about which class the car would go in? I'm sure the Chairman could justify it being in any class if it were his car ........

Any comment from Scott?
