Hello, this is my first post here so sorry if its in the wrong place.

I have bought an autoart 2004 Loeb xsara and a 2001 Makinen Lancer (an apparant bargain for £10 each from modelzone) but there doesnt appear to be any room inside to convert to digital without removing the back seats- has anyone else chipped these and how did you do it- a photo will suffice!!

I could make space if I made them 2WD instead of 4WD, Ive never tried a 4WD slot car before- whats the benefit?

Thanks in advance

Dave

Hi Dave and welcome to the forum,

As for chipping it I really would look at other 4x4's save that one to look nice on the shelf, it's not going to give you a true impression of a 4x4 slotcar which are great fun. I would suggest you look at some of the more popular brands first you may wish to come back to this one later.

I'm not too bothered about a true representaion of a 4x4- but I would like them to work on digital. I have other, non-autoart cars that I can chip and use fine but my question pertains to these specific cars that I want to use on my digital track
