Hi,

I've been looking at the "Start" cars and they appeal to me for a couple of reasons.

I have several casual scalley freinds who like to rock and race a bit but aren't that into it that they are any good or can be bothered to get that much better. (I don't really mind this because, the scalley/ beer/ pizza nights are a good social night with friends) the downside is they often crash my lovely (and expensive) cars.

I wondered if it would be possible to get 2 or 3 sets of the start cars and chip them, that way I'll be less concerned when they play bumper cars.

does anybody have any thoughts on this?

I know that djomp has chipped some single seaters and I have just chipped Lightning McQueen & Francesco Bernoulli!

You just need retro chips!

Yeah I did the single seaters, done the GTs recently (waiting for the bodies to be painted and returned). They've already got holes for the LEDs which is one less thing to do.

I'm having a little trouble with the tension of the wires on the guide blade (I think - they deslot on lane changers and I've tried everything else, so that's what I'm left with), but I guess that should be easy to sort out.
